A Cheap Trick to Make Themed Bases

I've been working on a pirate themed arc for one of my campaigns and I found a cheap and easy way of making Pirate themed miniature bases. 

What you'll need: 

• Coffee stirrers

• Square Bases

• Brown Stain (Agrax Earthshade)

• Wood Glue

• Clippers

• Scalpel

Step 1: Stain the Stirrers. 

Step 2: Measure and cut the stirrers into planks. 

Trim the stirrer to the correct size

Step 3: Glue stirrers onto the base. 

Step 4: Distress the planks and clean off any excess glue. 

Step 5: Attach your miniature to the base.
