Making Letters
I lived a very sheltered childhood and never learned how to tea-stain paper; so we are going to learn together and workout how to make handouts more impressive with very little effort!
What you'll need:
Teabags
Paper
Wax
Stamp
Twine
A Lighter
Soak 2 teabags until the water cools.
If you want a distressed look then screw the paper up into a ball and then carefully unfold the ball.
Rub a teabag over the paper.
Hang to dry.
Clean up the excess with a cloth (if required).
With these techniques you can achieve different results for different situations. I.E.:
An invitation to a dinner at Castle Raveloft?
A letter from a colleague in the guild.
An old map found on a dusty shelf in a library.
After this you can experiment with wax seals and other ways to keep the documents safe.
Happy crafting!
