Some 3D Printing Kickstarters That Caught My Eye
In an effort to drain my bank account I went on to Kickstarter and backed some projects, I will never learn my lesson... Here are a couple of interesting projects for 3D printed scenery that you might like:
Forest of Oakenspire - 3D Printable Tabletop Models - Closes 10/04/18
I'm probably going to use this for an Elven settlement in an ancient forest as it fits with a player's backstory. This set looks incredible cool and is very versatile. It is suitable for Firbolg, Hags, Druids, Elves and Fey/Woodland Spirits. If the tree isn't enough for you then it also contains a modular SKYSHIP along with 2D printable maps and a PDF containing lore, encounters and plot hooks!
Printable Terrain for your 3D Printer Japan / China - Closes 08/04/18
My first campaign is a Last Airbender style Wuxia scenario and even though we are reaching the end of that story line I still think that these files can add some value to my game. The Chinese and Japanese scatter terrain can be quite limiting so this is a welcome addition to my terrain library. Also, the shear volume of extras you will get for 40 Euros is ridiculous.
